Your information allows us to process your enquiries, confirm bookings, and send you order confirmations or event details. We use your email to communicate about your purchase, answer questions, and occasionally share news about seasonal offerings or special events if you've opted in. Analytics help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve the experience. We never sell your personal data, and we only use it for the purposes you've consented to or that are necessary to fulfil your request.

Cancellation Policy:

At Flinders Truffles, we understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made up to 3 day before your schedules hunt will receive a full refund. 

Cancellations within 72 hours of the start time are non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.

In an event of a no-show, we regret that no refund will be offered to guests

For events, we require 30 days prior notice for cancellations.

Change your booking:

We’re happy to help reschedule your booking where possible. Date change requests at least 3 days in advance will be accommodated subject to availability. If we cancel:

If we need to cancel an event due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for your booking.

Please note that any third-party processing fees (such as credit card charges) are non-refundable.
